Her Story

     Born to working class, immigrant parents who raised me in Saudi Arabia and the U.S. territory of Guam, I juggled two jobs to afford college. After 4 years, I finished with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology.

     Upon graduating college, my first hand experience in life started when I got into my first serious relationship that turned into a physically, mentally and emotionally abusive situation that left me broken, depressed, and lost in life. I suffered from anxiety, poor self image, poor self confidence and even attempted suicide many times to get away from my situation.

    On Feb 2016, I chose myself and reclaimed my life by running away to Las Vegas, Nevada with the help of my best friend. I struggled to find my new life, battling years of trauma and abuse and still managed to finally find a happy relationship. However, the unfamiliarity of a happy, caring, trusted relationship was what spiraled me into self sabotaging ways that ruined my relationship because I did not know how to recieve real love. My instability and negativity created traumas to the man who loved and cared for me unconditionally.     

     The break up instigated my motivation and inspiration to heal myself and learn how to reprogram my mind to change my reality and my future. After years of unlearning bad habits, traumas and negative thinking with the help of my loving, supportive friends and ex boyfriend, I immersed myself in meditation, plant medicine ceremonies, sound healing, and Theta Healing. I purged away years of pain and traumas, and in its place birthed this passion of wanting to be a better person, to learn, to grow and to help others heal.

      Devoted & driven by life experiences, I acquired the following certifications: Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, and NLP Coaching. Opening my practice has enabled me to empower, love, heal and help individuals navigate through their emotions with the aspiration to reclaim a zestful life.
